Volunteer points are uploaded 2 weeks after a race, training, event or month ends. 

Please remember NOT EVERY RACE/TRAINING/EVENT HAS COUPONS AVAILABLE. If the race/event/training is not listed, it means the race/training/event director has not authorized coupon usage for one reason or another. However, the vast majority of races/trainings/events do allow for volunteer coupon requests and usage. SARR greatly values volunteers, but in some cases coupons are not economically viable.
