SATURDAY MORNING WORKOUTS WILL START FROM THE TRAILHEAD AT CLEARFORK ON THE TRINITY TRAIL

WEEKLY WORKOUTS WILL BE HELD AT THE TCU TRACK & THE TRAILHEAD AT CLEARFORK

Membership Levels

2019 WINTER - FULL & HALF MARATHON TRAINING - OCTOBER 12th - FEBRUARY 29TH, 2020

SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND WEEKLY FULL & HALF MARATHON SCHEDULES. 4.5 Months / 21 Weeks. Most participants will be training for the January & February Full & Half Marathons such as Houston, Benbrook Half, New Orleans & the Cowtown Half & Full Marathons. This registration does not include the ATP mid-week workouts. You can find that link below. To avoid the processing fees, you may pay with cash or check ( email Jerry ). 

In the "Category" space please identify which "Training Group" you are registering for. Example: if you are doing the Houston Marathon in January you would choose " Training for January 2020 Marathons ".

Membership Options

Membership From October 12, 2019 to February 29, 2020: $160.00 + $9.60 Processing Fee

2019 FALL FULL & HALF MARATHON TRAINING - SEPTEMBER 28th - DECEMBER 14TH, 2019

SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND WEEKLY FULL & HALF MARATHON SCHEDULES. 3 Months / 12 Weeks. Most participants will be training for the late November & early December Full & Half Marathons such as Philadelphia, San Antonio, CIM & the BMW Dallas Half & Full Marathons. This registration does not include the ATP mid-week workouts. You can find that link below. To avoid the processing fees, you may pay with cash or check ( email Jerry ). 

In the "Category" space please identify which "Training Group" you are registering for. Example: if you are doing the BMW Dallas Marathon in December you would choose " Training for December 2019 Marathons ".

Membership Options

Membership From September 28, 2019 to December 14, 2019: $105.00 + $6.30 Processing Fee

9 - 5 Training ( 9 weeks of 5K/10K Training ) October 5th - November 30th, 2019

SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND WEEKLY 5K & 10K SCHEDULE. 9 Weeks of 5K/10K Training for: Beginners, getting back in shape participants, and or those coming off of injury and are not quite ready for the longer more intensive Half/Full Marathon Groups. To avoid the processing fees, you may pay with cash or check ( email Jerry ). Our next Session starts on October 5th, 2019 and will be training for the 2019 Turkey Trot 5K or 10K distances for $60.00.

ATP WEEKLY WORKOUTS - October 7th, 2019 - February 26th, 2020

These are twice weekly MORE ADVANCED WORKOUTS  from October 7th - February 26th, 2020 for the Seasoned Runner for Half & Full Marathon Training.  5 Months / 21 Weeks, 42 workouts. Email or call Jerry for more info if interested.  To avoid the processing fees, you may pay with cash or check ( email Jerry ).  These midweek additional workouts are eligible to those who are already registered for one of the above Half/Full Marathon Training Programs.
