SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULES. 4 Months. We are continuing to do registration this year in 4 month segments. This will take you thru the "2025 Spring Phase" from JANUARY thru APRIL and then the next block of Training will be from MAY thru AUGUST for the "2025 Summer Training" time frame. Most participants will be training for Spring Half or Full Marathon races for the "2025 Winter/Spring Season" or focusing on Laying Down a Solid Base for the Summer Season.  This registration does not include the ATP mid-week workouts. In the "Category" space, please identify which "Training Group" you are registering for  (  Half or Full Marathon Training and which month your Race is in ).

These are twice weekly MORE ADVANCED WORKOUTS  from January 1st, 2025 -  April 30th, 2025 for the Seasoned Runner for Half & Full Marathon Training.  4 Months / 35 workouts.
