SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND HALF & FULL MARATHON SCHEDULE. 6 Months / 27 Weeks. To avoid the processing fees, you may pay by cash or check ( email Jerry ). Most participants will be doing the Dallas Full or Half Marathon, BCS Marathon, San Antonio, CIM Marathon, etc. This is now also the registration link for those participants doing early Destination Marathons: Chicago, Marine Corps, New York, etc. or the F.W. Half or Full Marathon on Nov. 11th, 2018. This registration does not include the ATP mid week workouts. You can find that link below.
These are twice weekly MORE ADVANCED WORKOUTS from May 21st - December 5th for the Seasoned Runner for Half & Full Marathon Training. 7 Months / 29 Weeks. These midweek additional workouts are eligible to those who are already registered for one of the above 6 or 7 month Half/Full Marathon Training Programs.
SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND WEEKLY 5K & 10K SCHEDULE. 9 Weeks of 5K/10K Training for: Beginners, getting back in shape participants, to those who want to get faster or stronger at these distances. You can sign up for one Session ( May 19th - July 14th ) for $60.00 or 2 Sessions ( May 19th - July 14th & July 21st - September 15th ) for $110.00. For 2 sessions you would choose the: 4 months for $110.00.
