SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND HALF & FULL MARATHON SCHEDULE. 3 Months / 14 Weeks. To avoid the processing fees, you may pay by cash or check ( email Jerry ). Most participants will be doing the Dallas Full or Half Marathon, BCS Marathon, San Antonio, CIM Marathon, etc. This is now also the registration link for those participants doing early Destination Marathons: Chicago, Marine Corps, New York, etc. or the F.W. Half or Full Marathon on Nov. 11th, 2018. This registration price has been adjusted as of September 1st for the last 3 months of the training cycle. Most participants will be doing the Cowtown Full or Half Marathon on February 24th. This registration does not include the ATP mid week workouts. You can find that link below. This is the early registration price. It will go up to $175.00 on September 24th, 2018.
SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND WEEKLY 5K & 10K SCHEDULE. 9 Weeks of 5K/10K Training for: Beginners, getting back in shape participants, and or those who want to get faster or stronger at these distances. These are twice weekly MORE ADVANCED WORKOUTS from September 24th - February 20th for the Seasoned Runner for Half & Full Marathon Training. 5 Months / 21 Weeks.
