SATURDAY MORNING COACHED WORKOUTS AND WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULES. 4 Months. We are continuing to do registration this year in 4 month segments. This will take you thru the "2025 Summer Phase" from MAY thru AUGUST and then the next block of Training will be from SEPTEMBER thru DECEMBER for the "2025 FALL Training" time frame. Most participants will be training for Fall Half or Full Marathon races for the "2025 Fall Season" or focusing on Laying Down a Solid Base for the next Season.  This registration does not include the ATP mid-week workouts. These are twice weekly MORE ADVANCED WORKOUTS  from May 1st, 2025 -  August 31st, 2025 for the Seasoned Runner for Half & Full Marathon Training.  4 Months / 35 workouts. Email or call Jerry for more info if interested.  To avoid the processing fees, you may pay with cash, check or Venmo ( email Jerry ).  These midweek additional workouts are eligible to those who are ALREADY CURRENTLY REGISTERED for one of the above Half/Full Marathon Training Programs.
