Smarter Training, Stronger You

Session include uptempo running efforts like intervals and fartleks to boost your speed and endurance, combined with non-running elements such as core work, bodyweight strength, balance drills, flexibility exercises, and run technique development — all to support a well-rounded, resilient runner.

Flexible Locations & Schedule

Ashburn: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30pm-7:30pm
Burke: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:30pm-7:30pm
Vienna: Monday & Wednesday, 6:30pm-7:30pm
Choose a “home” location, but feel free to drop in at other locations. Note: there may be adjustments for holidays and occasional outside events.

PR RunFit Spring Membership (March-May 2026)
Monthly membership includes access to weekly sessions meeting from 6:30-7:30 PM. Typically each month includes 8 training sessions at every training site meeting on either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday evenings. Training sites include Ashburn (currently T/Th), Burke (currently T/TH) and Vienna currently M/W. We encourage you to attend at least 4 sessions/month to keep your fitness moving forward.  Note, you must set your select your start date to 3/1/2026. If you select and earlier date it will begin your registration (and associated fees) before the program has begun. If you select after 3/1/2026 you will be reset to 3/1/2026. If you want to join later, please wait and the system will pro-rate you at that time.

March 1 - May 31 Membership: $199.00
PR RunFit 2026 Winter (1 day/week through Feb)
Membership includes access to weekly sessions meeting from 6:30-7:30 PM. For January-February, each month includes 4 training sessions at every training site meeting on either Tuesday or Wednesday evenings (note in some cases we may offer an alternative evening based on weather, etc.). Training sites include Ashburn (currently Tu), Burke (currently Tu) and Vienna currently W. We encourage you to attend at least 3 sessions/month to keep your fitness moving forward.  Note, you must set your select your start date to 1/1/2026. If you select and earlier date it will begin your registration (and associated fees) before the program has begun. If you select after 1/1/2026 you will be reset to 1/1/2026. If you want to join later, please wait and the system will pro-rate you at that time.
