Want to stay in shape this summer, but not sure how? Join Runners' Retreat's Molly Robinson on Monday evenings at 6:00pm at John Handley High School June 3rd - July 29th for a progressive speed work program designed to help you learn how to embrace the track and build fitness!
You'll get a total of 9 coach-led workouts for only $40!
During this program, you'll learn skills like drill form and technique, how to pace yourself for track workouts, and how to warm up and cool down from workouts. You'll learn how to run faster and more efficiently.
If Molly is away for some odd reason Chris Walsh will take over the speed training sessions.

Molly Robinson is a 2021 Sherando High School graduate where she ran cross country and track. She spent her first year of college at The University of South Dakota and then transferred to VCU seeking a degree in Special Education and Teaching. She ran both at USD and VCU but is now training for longer distances. In March 2023 she qualified for The Boston Marathon with a time of 3:25:17.
Chris Walsh is a 2023 Sherando High School Graduate where he ran cross country and track. He will be attending Laurel Ridge Community College with hopes to transfer to UVA. He has a pr of 18:44 in the 5k and 4:54 in the mile.
