This comprehensive 16-week training program is designed for runners preparing for a half or full marathon.

This 16 week session starts 16 weeks out from your goal race.

Ideal for runners who are consistently completing 2-3 easy runs per week and are ready to incorporate weekly speed sessions and long runs geared toward their race goals. For newer runners still building their base, please check out our 816 Run Academy options.

Program Features:
Each athlete will receive individualized weekly training via Training Peaks, with specific workouts tailored to their goals, fitness, and needs. Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in group track/speed sessions and organized long runs with the 816 Run Club for additional support and camaraderie. Runners also have 1 on 1 communication and feedback from Coach Randy throughout.
