This comprehensive 16-week training program is designed for runners preparing for a spring half or full marathon.
This 16 week session can be used between December 1st and May 31st 2025!
It includes TEAM 816 membership through end of 2025!
Ideal for runners who are consistently completing 2-3 easy runs per week and are ready to incorporate weekly speed sessions and long runs geared toward their race goals. For newer runners still building their base, please check out our 816 Run Academy options.
Program Features:
Each athlete will receive individualized weekly training via Training Peaks, with specific workouts tailored to their goals, fitness, and needs. Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in group track/speed sessions and organized long runs with the 816 Run Club for additional support and camaraderie.
