This membership level is ideal for runners who consistently join our club activities and want to be a more active part of the 816 Run Club community.

816 Run Academy - Fall 25' Group - 16 Weeks

Fall 2025 816 Run Academy - $150 - 16 weeks of training towards Kansas City Half or Full Marathon

**Could also work well for Chicago Full or other fall races around that time**
**This course is also great even if you do not plan to race a half or full in 2025 but would like to build towards that in the future**
**This course is completely virtual so you can take this even if you live outside of KC**

This Session is June 30th through October 18th (date of KCM) - 2025
It includes TEAM 816 membership through end of 2025

This program is tailored for new runners or those new to structured run training, offering a step-by-step journey on how to train and race effectively with personalized guidance from Coach Randy.

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW
Session Includes:

16-Week Training Plan: Options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, tailored to individual goals and abilities. Both Full and Half marathon plans available.

6x instruction sessions with Coach Randy throughout the 16 weeks. Sessions meet every 2-3 weeks on Mondays, meetings will be virtual via zoom (they will be recorded if you miss).

- how to execute run workouts properly
- personalizing your plan
- how to set race pace goals
- race nutrition
- hydration
- gear selection
- basic strength training
- race pacing strategies.

16 Week Block: Half or Full Marathon - Fully Custom Training

Cost: $345

This comprehensive 16-week training program is designed for runners preparing for a half or full marathon.

*This is open to all abilities - all paces*

This 16 week session starts 16 weeks out from your goal race.

Ideal for runners who are consistently completing 2-3 easy runs per week and are ready to incorporate weekly speed sessions and long runs geared toward their race goals. For newer runners still building their base, please check out our 816 Run Academy options.

Program Features:
Each athlete will receive individualized weekly training via Training Peaks, with specific workouts tailored to their goals, fitness, and needs. Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in group track/speed sessions and organized long runs with the 816 Run Club for additional support and camaraderie. Runners also have 1 on 1 communication and feedback from Coach Randy throughout.
