Initial membership will include a personalized training plan once the new member completes and submits an information sheet. When you register, make your membership effective as of the 1st of the upcoming month. Membership renews monthly, and you have the option to set up auto-renewal when you first join. Training plans are updated at monthly renewal for the upcoming 6-week period. There are also 6-month and 12-month membership options. For members who join for 6 or 12 months - if you are unable to run due to injury or illness for 30 days or longer, 75% (rounded up) of the remaining months of membership can be carried forward until you are ready to return.
