Spring Training Program 2025 - New Member

Whether you are a seasoned runner or decided to try running for the first time, our training program can help you! We offer both a 5k and 10k training program for ALL levels of runners and walkers. Signing up for our training program not only prepares you for the goal race but it also includes membership to our run club for the entire year.
