Whether you’re brand new to running or finding your way back after a break, you’re in the right place. I work primarily with women who want to move their bodies, feel strong, and discover what running can do for them.
You don’t need to be fast. You don’t need to go far. You just need a little support, a plan that works for your life, and a reminder that it’s okay to start right where you are.
