April 1 - June 30: If you are looking to challenge yourself with coached workouts and ramp up your progress through proven training plans, then this is the program for you!
If you register before April 1st, you are welcome to join us for the remainder of March!
This level includes:
- Saturday Morning (8:00am) Group Runs
- Bonus Trail Runs - typically held on Sunday mornings at 8:30am
- Tuesday Night (6:00pm) Coached workouts. This will include Hills, Speed, Recovery Run/Yoga, Pub Runs.
- Personalized Training Plans upon request
- Discount entry for Medved races: Medved Madness, The Feast Thanksgiving Day Race and other regional races.
