General Membership - 3 Days a Week

This is for those who want to practice 3 days a week.

Elite Membership

This is for those who want a little bit more. We will schedule 1 gait analysis per season at the local running store to help find the perfect running shoe. We will create a custom schedule for the days we don't meet and will go over data synced via Garmin Connect or Strava.  We will go over data twice a month and adjust the plan as needed.
