Monthly membership includes access to weekly sessions meeting from 6:30-7:30 PM. Typically each month includes 8 training sessions at every training site meeting on either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday evenings. Training sites include Ashburn (currently T/Th), Burke (currently T/TH) and Vienna currently M/W. We encourage you to attend at least 4 sessions/month to keep your fitness moving forward.
Note, you must set your select your start date to 3/1/2026. If you select and earlier date it will begin your registration (and associated fees) before the program has begun. If you select after 3/1/2026 you will be reset to 3/1/2026. If you want to join later, please wait and the system will pro-rate you at that time.
