Founded in 2004, the POHF has performed medical outreach trips to local and overseas countries in dire need. We are a wellness-minded organization with an emphasis on lifestyle medicine. We set up and participate in health fairs, health seminars, a 5k walk to wellness, and medical outreach. Over the last 20+ years, we have treated over 20,000 patients abroad. Countries visited include Honduras, Peru, Haiti, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Columbia, San Andres, and West and Central Africa. 

All donations are used to buy medications, clothes, and supplies. Please donate to this good cause.
