Just Interested in doing some cross training? This plan can help you get started.
Plan includes a training schedule for 8 weeks leading up to the TBF Racing Super Sprint Triathlon on June 6th. Daily schedule and regular feedback will be provided through Training Peaks. There will be weekly in-person meetup for group training (day and time will vary based on the workout), including a practice triathlon on the racecourse prior to race day.
For those who want to continue their training to prepare for a Sprint and/or Olympic distance triathlon, there will be an extended training available for an additional 4-8 weeks.

Description
River City Rebels Training program is an enhanced training group organized and coached by Coach Traci. This is a monthly program that will help you establish training disciplines required to meet your goals. Whether you are training for a specific upcoming race or just trying to improve, this program will help you achieve success. Training Peaks is required
