2025 Team Acorn Triathlon Club

Team Acorn Triathlon Club will begin workouts April 2025 and conclude at the end of July. There will be workshop opportunities beginning in March on Saturdays. 

Run, Swim, Bike nights throughout the week will all be coached workouts this year. 

There will be a Couch to Sprint Triathlon Training Plan this year which is 12 weeks from couch to your first sprint. This plan has been designed for the first time triathlete who is just getting started in all things triathlon or for a seasoned triathlete looking for a training plan to follow alongside their normal regimen. All workouts that are coached will be designed by the coaches and catered to improve the athlete's abilities.
