Drop In Session

If you would like to join the NliveN Movement for one of our meetups but are not ready or do not have the time to enroll in a full season the drop in sessions are for you. You can use this for any of the NliveN meetups. The only ask is that you purchase the session before the meetup and email either coach Haley at feuerbacherh@gmail.com or coach Jade at jademooreruns@gmail.com to let them know you will be attending a session so they can give you all the details about where the group will be meeting for the day.
