Summer Run Club: Track & Trails Days

  • 5-Days-A-Week
  • Join any of the practices scheduled throughout the week (on the track or the trails).
  • Must be in 4th-12th grade and able to run at least 2 miles without stopping.
  • Includes Triangle Summer Run Club T-Shirt & 5K Race

Summer Run Club: Track Only Days

  • 2-Days-A-Week.
  • For athletes who prefer attending the practices that meet twice a week on the track (Monday & Wednesday Nights).
  • Must be in 4th-12th grade (capable 2nd & 3rd graders may join upon approval)
  • Includes Triangle Summer Run Club T-Shirt & 5K Race.

Virtual Summer Training

  • 10-week program designed to help athletes prepare for the fall cross country season.
  • Customized weekly training plans.
  • Strength programming.
  • Weekly calls and emails.
