Our Mission
HBIC HQ (Head Boss* in Charge Headquarters) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our charitable programs, funded by donations & sponsors, support women-identified survivors of domestic abuse, homelessness, or other adversities.
These programs empower personal freedom and entrepreneurship by providing free, accessible education focusing on professional and personal development for women-identified individuals who need our programs now more than ever.
Our Programs
Our charitable programs support women-identified survivors of domestic abuse, homelessness, or other adversities. Funding for these programs is provided by tax-deductible donations. The Pave the Path to Success program includes mentor-led classes and textbooks focusing on personal development and professional development. The Youth Leadership Intensive focuses on women in STEM & includes mentor-led tech-based workshops. The Startup Incubation Grant program provides a solid foundation.
