Will you help my horse win? I’m off to the races, raising money for Heritage Christian Stables, and I need your help! Will you donate to my team’s horse and help us cross the finish line? Heritage Christian Stables is a therapeutic riding program for children and adults, accredited by PATH Intl. (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International). With the assistance of highly skilled riding instructors and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, this program provides an exciting opportunity for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
I've been volunteering at the Stables since 2017, and it's one of my favorite places to be! I usually volunteer Thursday nights, and our main man on Thursdays is Elvis. He's a handsome Norwegian Fjord with quite a personality, so that means he fits in perfectly with our Thursday night crew. While most lessons are on hold, Elvis still needs day to day care. Will you help support him?
