Hello and thank you for clicking on my link!
"A body in motion, stays in motion" and this is why "motion is lotion".
As an Exercise Specialist with Fitsteps for Life, I provide services for all kinds of people who have one unfortunate thing in common, they all have been impacted by cancer. I am sure you have too.
Cancer statistics are high, such as 1 in every 3 women and 1 in every 2 men will be diagnosed (Walter Kluwer Health, 2014).
And with a diagnosis there is often a great cost, besides all other costs, there may be a huge financial burden.
We at Fitstpes have been able to provide FREE services for the past 20 years and it is all because of donors like you! Participants are able to receive free programs and exercise services because of every little bit that is contributed.
Why exercise you might ask? Well, one of the most common side effects of cancer treatments is cancer related fatigue. As I say daily, "it is the last thing you want to do, but it is the best thing for you". The only proven remedy for fatigue is exercise. Fitsteps Exercises Specialists lead classes, monitor centers, encourage participants, develop programs, and build rapport with participants so that they can exercise based on their specific needs.
Plus, ALL of our services are FREE for ALL of our participants!
A donation of $250 is enough to supply services for one participant for the whole year.
Please consider donating to my fundraiser or becoming your own fundraiser in honor of all those you know, for yourself and for those who experience such great cost.
