Wood View PTO is dedicated to enhancing the educational experiences of our students by fostering a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the school community. We focus on creating meaningful opportunities for family involvement, raising funds to support essential social and learning experiences beyond the school's budget, and providing resources to empower our educators. Our goal is to build relationships, strengthen our community, and ensure every student’s success.
We raise funds to provide students with social and learning opportunities outside the scope of the school’s budget but that are essential for a well-rounded and equitable educational experience, such as field trips and extra curricular activities.
We also fundraise and organize to build our educators’ capacity by providing resources and support that enhance their ability to help our children grow and succeed—organizing initiatives to express our gratitude and increase their capacity. We believe one of the most impactful ways we can support our children’s academic journeys is by advocating for and empowering their teachers.
