This WOOLFAPALOOZA is a great way to get in shape while helping fund a new Canine for the Middletown Police force and support our community youth programs - Win -Win! You can walk/run at your own pace. Challenge yourself by striving to attain one of the levels below during the month of January 2021:
- Sprint = 16 miles
- Marathon = 26.219 miles
- Triathalon = 31.93 miles
- 1/2 Ironman = 70.3 miles
I'm going for TWO! A Triathalon 31.93 miles And a Marathon 26.219. While I use a standing desk, I discovered tracking my steps, that apparently I stand more than walk. (Not a runner; I cycle :) So for January, I'll be pounding the elliptacle and mall walking between warmer sunny day walks. This goal is about 2 miles a day - easy right? Join me!
