Ophiuroidea The O is owned by Kim Hannon, and is a small woman owned business in the beautiful Kent Narrows area located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Called simply The O, it was established in 2009 in St. Michaels. In 2019 the Kent Narrows location was added and in 2024, the St. Michaels store was closed to focus expanding the Kent Narrows location and offering more events, workshops and online shopping. The O is curated for the beach lover and those who love living or visiting the Eastern Shore We have exclusive lines, including our By the Bay, Kent Narrows Dock Bar gear, Get Salty and Get Saucy lines and much more.
Ophiuroidea The O has continued to be a favorite shop among locals and visitors. It's simple, we find things we love to share, from unique and handcrafted coastal items, mermaid art, sea glass jewelry, coastal furniture & home decor and one of a kind finds! We also look for women owned businesses to support and businesses who give back to environmental charities.
