Operation Veterans Care (OVeC) was founded in 2024 by Dr. Canute White, Nyjole Christie-White, and Enid White after they became concerned about the struggles faced by many needy Jamaicans. Recognizing the need for increased access to health care, food, and housing resources, the trio established OVeC as a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting Jamaicans who find themselves in difficult circumstances. OVeC aims to provide tailored support to help individuals regain their independence. The organization was registered with the Company Office of Jamaica and the Department of Co-operatives and Friendly Societies (DCFS). Hence, we are a recognised Jamaican charitable organization.
