The Alzheimer's epidemic is upon us and now is the time to join the fight.
Join us as we run/walk to raise awareness about Alzheimer's disease, prevention, and early detection. Run/walk side-by-side with families, friends, caregivers, and community members who have joined team Act Now Foundation to raise awareness about a disease that strikes close to home. Over 68% of residents in NJ know someone who has or had Alzheimer’s disease.
Did you know Alzheimer's disease is the 7th leading cause of death (the 4th for women) in New Jersey? Since 2012, Act Now Foundation, a grassroots not-for-profit, has worked tirelessly to support, educate, screen, and advocate for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
Donations are crucial for us to continue providing our services, which include the Alzheimer's Early Detection Project, Alzheimer's Care Project, Caregiver Support Solutions, the Caregiver Education project, the Dementia Outreach & Inclusion Project, and the Food4Life Campaign.
