I am raising money for Malawi Children's Initiative which is working to improve the lives of children in one of the poorest countries in the world. By focusing on building local capacity through advancing medical training for Malawian physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, MCI is changing the level of pediatric care available in Malawi. MCI has no US based paid staff and every dollar raised goes directly to the Malawians doing the important work of saving children's' lives.
