Bonus Accounting was started with a vision in mind to provide affordable quality accounting services. With many established accountants reaching the age of retirement, it is becoming more difficult to find a trusted CPA. Kenny has sought to fill this void and provide valuable accounting services to local businesses and individuals while creating jobs in the local area. Bonus Accounting is continually growing and expanding; acquiring Tom Green CPA’s accounting firm in Chicora, in 2018 and most recently in 2021 we have acquired Diehl Accounting and Financial Services PC on 422 in Butler. We have also welcomed tax clients from Clair Bupp and Taxing Matters in Saxonburg. Our reputation for quality speaks for itself and has afforded us the privilege to serve the clients of retiring accounting and tax professionals.
In 2020, Bonus Accounting was awarded the Western PA Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics. This award illustrates our commitment to our focus on integrity and ethical practices. In 2021 Kenny received the William A. Morgan Entrepreneur of the year award by the Butler County Chamber of Commerce indicating our company’s culture of honest work and passion for what we do.
As Bonus Accounting looks to the future we focus on the traditional values that have made our country great; hard work, quality, dedication, and respect. We utilize new and developing technologies to save our clients money and provide efficient and quality services. As we continue, we will create additional jobs in the region and ensure that businesses and individuals have access to affordable tax and accounting services.
We support the local colleges and universities by offering internships to students of Butler County Community College and Slippery Rock University (SRU). In 2019 we established a $25,000 endowment at SRU to provide scholarships to students pursuing their accounting degree.
