In 2013, Carol Loya, owner of TRUCE Spa, started Escape to Peace after she witnessed the horrors of the sex trade during a 2011 mission to Pattaya, Thailand. Realizing the sex trade was also happening right in her own backyard in King County, Carol founded Escape to Peace in 2013. She's delighted for TRUCE Spa to sponsor this race.
