Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - NEW YORK CITY

The American spirit has never been stronger than the days and months following the attacks on September 11th. The generosity and willingness to just help whoever needed it has never been matched in my lifetime. It is our job as parents to pass these values onto our children. The Tunnel to Towers run is our chance to help our military, first responders and their families who have suffered life altering experiences. Last year my 7 year old son and a few friends ran in their first T2T race. They took great pride in trying to raise as much money as they could. They also experienced something that a text book cannot give them. The wave of emotion you get when you run out of the tunnel and realize why you did the run. The banners of every firefighter who lost their life on September 11th being held up by their fellow firefighters and the members of the military cheering you on, thanking you for participating in the run. Please join us, the Blessed Sacrament family on September 28th for the Tunnel to Towers 5k run.
