When it came time to name my Parkinson’s 5K team, I didn’t have to think too hard. Charles in Charge just felt right. I'll be the first to admit, this challenge has tested me in unimaginable ways. I'm trying to keep grounded, stay upbeat, and yes—cracking the best (and worst) jokes along the way.
