Dr. Daniel Choi was born and raised on Southern California with a passion to pursue sports, specifically baseball.
He earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Allied Health at Azusa Pacific University in 2018 and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific University in 2021. Thereafter, Daniel completed the Kaiser Permanente Orthopedic Residency in 2022-23 and Kaiser Permanente Sports Fellowship in 2023-24 at Orange County to further advance his clinical ability to evaluate and treat his patients.
His goal is to help his patients live their lives to the fullest without limitations through rehab and provide proper education to prevent these injuries from occurring in the future. Daniel is passionate about serving his community as he tries to connect with local sports teams and provide resources/workshops about injury prevention for athletes and parents.
