South Dakota Urban Indian Health (SDUIH) is a 48-year-old Indigenous-led Urban Indian Health Organization (UIO) and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)with clinics and programming in Sioux Falls and Pierre. Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization provides integrated medical, behavioral, and cultural health care grounded in indigenous values to anyone seeking services, regardless of background. Compassionate staff meet relatives (how we refer to anyone we serve) where they’re at—on the street, in recovery, in the exam room—and walk with them on their health journeys. Mítákuye Oyás’iŋ. We are all related.
