I'll be participating in the the Paws & Feet 5k fundraiser event on June 4th, 2022 at the Voorhees Town Center in Voorhees, NJ. Help me raise funds for the care of the shelter animals at Animal Welfare Association in Voorhees, NJ.
New Year, New Building, Same Mission: AWA's goal for this year is to raise $60,000 during Paws & Feet in support of animals who need our help. Nearly $1,000 a day is spent on medical care and supplies for the animals at AWA.
Two years ago, one of those animals was my sweet Rusty. A local surrender and already showing some grey on his muzzle when we did our initial meet and greet, this sweet and spunky senior was full with so much love and pep in his step. It took a while (two months!) for this special "Can't Buy Me Love" alum to find his forever home with us, but AWA did everything they could to keep his playful spirit high, his profile visible on social media, and his health on track every step of the way -- and, as you can see, he's very loved and adored now. We both are. Please consider helping us to help other dogs, cats, and deserving small pets find their future families.
