Ever since I can remember I wanted to be a firefighter. One Tuesday night in September 2012 I went to a training with a friend to see if I wanted to join the Hinsdale Fire Department The rest is history. Ive since made the lieutenant and have built relationships like you will nowhere else. The fire service really is a family that sticks together and I am so grateful for that bond with everyone at HFD. This is a great opportunity to help give back to the fire service.
