Canine Classic 5K

More Than Fitness 501c3 was founded with the mission of providing people with the tools to build strong bodies, resilient minds, and unbreakable spirits. We believe that the right coaching of mindfulness, meditation, personal growth, and physical fitness can address the mental and emotional challenges that impact today's youth.

To date, we have positively impacted the mental resiliency of over 200 young people in Wilmington, DE with the support of our donors and advocates. While the global pandemic has offered it’s share of challenges to everyone, we have been able to resume programming and fundraising efforts this summer! We believe that now, more than ever it is important to maintain healthy practices and find strength within ourselves.

The resumption of our programming has expanded to include multi-dimensional fitness programs in addition to the mediation, mindfulness, and resiliency practices.
