Ampcare's Dash for Dysphagia Team was created to raise awareness and funding for research, and accelerate innovation in the treatment of swallowing disorders. Every dollar raised helps support clinical research, education, and evidence-based rehabilitation programs that improve the lives of individuals affected by dysphagia. Following the rules of neuroplasticity, Ampcare believes that to change a patients ability, you have to challenge the patient. We want to meet all of the dysphagia patient's challenges with improved levels of care which will lead to an improved quality of life.
