There are two beneficiaries to Run & Walk with Pride 2025, Peer Seattle and Seattle Pride. The former will receive about 75% of race net proceeds; the latter will receive approximately 25% You have the option of donating directly to either or both organizations.
Peer Seattle is a program of Peer Washington. Their purpose is to provide peer emotional support and development services to those impacted by addiction, mental health and/or HIV/AIDS, and to ensure safe space for members identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender non-conforming or other sexual minorities. Peer Washington envisions a community of peers connected by shared experience in compassionate support of one another.
Seattle Pride produces and promotes pride events to connect, strengthen, and advocate for Seattle’s LGBTQIA+ community. The organization’s vision is to achieve equal human rights throughout our region and the world. This year, Seattle Pride is generously supporting the event by allowing Run & Walk with Pride to use its extensive network to promote this event.
