When Complete Human Performance was founded in 2012, there was one goal in mind: to cut through the misinformation about training and nutrition, and to create simple, customized, and highly-effective training plans to help single and multi-sport athletes of all levels reach their fullest potential. As Complete Human Performance has grown, our mission continues to bring the best minds in fitness and sports performance together to develop custom programming for any person, at any level, anywhere in the world.

Our favorite thing is making the outdoors accessible and explorable for athletes who have always categorized themselves as "not a runner." No matter where your starting point is, we aim to make running achievable for athletes of all body sizes and backgrounds. We take pride in having a set of systems that work well for larger runners, allowing them to accumulate speed and fitness without excessive wear and tear or physical discomfort. All bodies belong outside!
