Our classes help students to build inner strength through discipline, structure, and exercise. The life skills training is a instills in students the foundations of skills that are critical to navigate and ultimately succeed at life. The self- defense training prepares students to face the challenges of physical confrontations. All of our training is designed to build self-confidence, and to respect one's self and others. We have two convenient locations, one in Wellington and the other in West Palm Beach.
