Established in 2000, CFF is a no-kill feline rescue and adoption
organization located in Palm City, FL. Our mission is to reduce the
overpopulation of homeless and abandoned cats and kittens in our local
area through aggressive spay/neuter programs, weekly adoption events and
community education.
CFF is one of the few organizations in Florida to provide a safe sanctuary
for cats that have been diagnosed with feline leukemia and FIV. While
neither of these diseases is transmittable to humans, the diagnosis often
results in the unnecessary euthanasia of a cat who tests positive. We
offer education to the public regarding the suitability of adopting one of
these cats and many are available for adoption from our special housing
area.
CFF maintains a 5 acre sanctuary in Palm City. We are home to 150+ cats
residing in cage-free campgrounds made up of cottages and an indoor
cattery with screened patios providing an open yet protected environment
for our feline residents. We also have 2 buildings dedicated to medical
needs.
