The Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center provides care, support and educational programs for families in need, and advocates for local families who are coping with Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias. I am participating in the Memory Walk & Spring Festival to help raise awareness about dementia and other forms of cognitive decline as well as raise funds that will support Long Island Caregivers and their families.
