My personal fundraising goal for this program is to raise at least $210 in honor of my best friend's daughter, who has Trisomy 21, also known as Down Syndrome. Any contribution you can make is greatly appreciated and will make a difference in the lives of children and families like my friend's worldwide. Nationwide Children's Hospital is proud to treat patients from 50 states and over 60 countries.
I am specifically raising funds for the Behavioral Health Program at Nationwide Children's. As a child and family therapist myself, I know of the great need for behavioral health services for children. This is also a program that has helped my friend and her daughter, as well as many families like them.
