Clean water changes everything. In Burundi, one of the poorest countries in the world, the average Burundian walks 4 miles a day to collect water that is often dirty and contaminated, and waterborne illnesses are the leading cause of death. So I’ve decided to take action and change lives by raising money for the Gazelle Foundation.
The Gazelle Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life for the people in Burundi Africa by providing access to clean water. They do this through the building of sustainable water systems. And for more than 11 million people, access to clean water means access to better health, stronger community, jobs, education, and most of all: hope.
