Girls2Women Teen Mentoring of Virginia is a youth empowerment and mentorship program designed to support girls ages 12–18 who would benefit from structured mentorship, leadership development, and confidence-building support. We provide weekly circles at school during the school day, we encourage community service, and offer outdoor experiential activities as well as career development resources. These consistent, supportive activities help girls recognize their unique strengths, amplify their personal voice, and build meaningful connections that support long-term success.
