The last few years I've been working towards pursuing my dream of becoming a veterinarian. Along the way, I learned that the veterinary field has a disproportionately high suicide rate when compared to the general population. Not One More Vet (NOMV)is holding its annual charity event to raise awareness of veterinary suicide and promote well-being for the month of September! I'll be joining my SGU SVM team for the third time to compete for the furthest distance either walked, biked, or run.
