Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma Annual Run/Walk 2025

Joe’s journey started in the fall of 2024 when he thought he had pulled a hamstring at the gym. Instead of getting better, the pain kept getting worse. A visit to our family doctor and some scans didn’t lead to any answers, so life went on—a milestone 60th birthday trip to Aruba, a busy holiday season. But as the new year began and the pain became constant, our doctor sent us to an orthopedic specialist. That appointment changed everything and started this journey.  We are learning about sarcoma—a rare and aggressive cancer that needs more research and awareness.

We are participating in the annual run/walk for Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma, a volunteer led organization that represents a cause very important to us. We are working together to raise much needed funds for life-saving sarcoma research and advocacy. Please consider supporting us in our efforts for this worthy cause!
