I'm Betsy and this is my husband Travis. Originally a beer brewer by trade, Travis was always interested in anything fermentation, so naturally sourdough became an infatuation.
Like most other pandemic origin stories, when given the gift of time, we made the crazy decision to take a leap of faith and turn this hobby into something more.
With the help and encouragement from family and friends (and two little kids in tow) we took next steps, got a space and the rest is history.
We have had a blast growing this business and finding new ways to get bread out to our community... and BOY OH BOY do we love this community!

We could not be happier to announce that we will be opening a retail shop in Little Silver in the next couple months.
