We don't offer cash refunds for Beer City. We do allow you to defer your ticket with at least 30 days notice. You can use your entry for any of our Beer City or Scena Performance events.

What if you're injured, or there's bad weather, or your car breaks down, or you wake up sick? Unfortunately, in all cases, there are no refunds. Each event takes months and months to prepare. There's much more to the work we put in than just the day that the event takes place.

What happens if we have to cancel or postpone an event? Between weather and Covid, it seems like this is more of a threat each year. If a race is cancelled, we do our best to reschedule the event. Then we give you the choice of joining either the rescheduled event or any of our other events for up to a year. This gives you flexibility and choice.
