Girls Inc. of Island City is dedicated to inspiring all girls to be “strong, smart, and bold” by providing research-based programs that support academic achievement, leadership development, health, and wellness. Serving girls and gender-expansive youth across the Island, the organization creates safe, supportive environments where young people can build confidence, overcome social and economic barriers, and prepare for success in college, careers, and community leadership.
