After the LA riots in ‘92, I was heartbroken over the unrest in my city & thought, ‘What can I do?’ I recalled a couple of my colleagues did the LA Marathon for the first time that year & loved it, proclaiming “people of all color were cheering people of all color on!” So, my marathon journey began with the ‘93 LA Marathon as a prayer walk thru the city…and now, 43 Full & a bunch of Half marathons later, I’m passionate about mobilizing others to Run & Pray for the city…from LA to NYC! Let’s encourage & help OC host a worship/prayer service! 😊
