Katie Kelley has been shaped by the real estate industry since childhood. She was inspired by her parents who have successfully manages lifelong careers in the commercial, residential and mortgage sectors of real estate. Katie graduated from Radford University with Bachelors of Science degrees in History and Social Science leading her to a position in the mortgage industry as a Compliance Specialist. Learning the business from a support role provided Katie with a strong foundation which has developed into a successful career path in residential mortgage lending.
For the last decade, Katie has provided her clients and business partners with a high level of efficiency and constant communication throughout the entire process. Her solid background has given her the ability to recognize market trends while also offering the convenience of in-house processing, underwriting, and closing. Katie takes pride in working with her incredible team and providing her clients with exceptional service. In her spare time, Katie can be found cheering on the Washington Capitals with her husband Kirk, renovating her home, and spending time on the lake.
